Aslan began the day by helping Will prepare for the talk he gave to the Oxford C. S. Lewis Society tonight. All went well thanks to Aslan.
Aslan spent much of the day walking around Oxford with his new friends: Jim and Michelle.

Aslan also got to visit his favorite bookstore in Oxford--Saint Phillip's.
And he also saw something having to do with another famous children's story.But now Aslan is very ready to come home and see Becky, James, Jonathan & Joshua!
Glad to see you have gotten to see much in Oxford. That Will guy is really a good tour guide so I hope you have enjoyed your time with him! We are so very ready to have you both at home tomorrow evening. Have a good flight and keep an eye on Will, don't loose him!
ReplyDeleteHope the talk to the CS Lewis Society goes well... I did think about travelling up (from deepest Devon) to meet you and listen. But 'life' interrupted. I was at Oxford as a mature student from 1995-98, so your photos have brought back a lot of happy memories.
ReplyDeleteYou must visit 'North Parade'... two pubs and a group of shops just up from my old college (Wycliffe Hall). No tourists ever go there!
